We do not directly collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII), such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers.

b. Local Storage Data

The App uses SharedPreferences and a local SQLite database to store player names, game scores, history records, and settings preferences locally on your device. This data is for app functionality only and is never uploaded to or shared with external servers by us.

c. Nearby Multiplayer Data

When using the local multiplayer feature, game scores and player display names are transmitted directly between participating nearby devices via Google Nearby Connections (using local Wi-Fi and Bluetooth). No multiplayer game data is sent to or stored on external servers.

d. Data Collected and Shared with Third Parties

To provide services like advertising and in-app purchases, we use third-party services that collect and process data. Under Google Play's definition, this constitutes "sharing" data.

Google AdMob (Advertising)

The App displays banner advertisements via Google AdMob. To provide relevant advertisements and prevent fraudulent traffic, AdMob collects and processes certain diagnostic and device data.

Data Collected by AdMob:

Device identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID)
IP addresses
App interaction and diagnostics data

Legal Basis & Consent: Where applicable under GDPR and privacy regulations, AdMob processes data based on user consent obtained via Google's Consent Management Platform. Users can manage or reset their advertising preferences at any time in device settings.

2. Third-Party Services

Google Play Billing (In-App Purchases)

If you purchase the "Remove Ads" one-time upgrade, the payment is securely processed directly by Google Play Billing. We do not collect, receive, or store any payment or financial information, such as credit card numbers or billing addresses. This transaction is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Ad-Free Option

Purchasing the "Remove Ads" one-time upgrade permanently removes all banner advertisements across all game screens and stops ad requests from the AdMob SDK.

4. Permissions Used by the App

INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required to load banner advertisements and verify in-app purchases with Google Play.
BLUETOOTH & NEARBY_WIFI_DEVICES: Required strictly for discovering and connecting to nearby devices for local multiplayer game scoring.
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION: Required by older Android OS versions for peer-to-peer device discovery. The app does not track, record, or transmit geographical location data.

5. Data Retention

Locally Stored Data: Game scores, player names, and settings stored locally on your device are retained until you clear the app's storage in Android Settings or uninstall the application.

Third-Party Data: Data processed by Google AdMob and Google Play is retained in accordance with Google's privacy and data retention policies.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information handled by our app. However, please be aware that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. User Rights and Data Deletion

Because all gameplay data is stored exclusively on your device, you have complete control over it:

Local Data Deletion: You can delete game history records from within the app, clear app data via Android Settings, or uninstall the app to immediately erase all local data.
Ad Personalization: You can manage ad preferences or reset your Advertising ID in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).

8. Age Restriction

This app is for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
